These Rules govern the operation of the Locoteca online platform and are binding for all users. By posting listings or using the service, you confirm your agreement with these Rules, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Locoteca is an online platform where users and companies post listings for rentals, services, goods and real estate. The platform provides the technical means to publish and search listings and is not a party to transactions between users. These Rules are drawn up with regard to the requirements of Vietnamese e-commerce legislation.
An account is required to post listings. When registering, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Creating accounts to evade blocks or mislead other users is prohibited.
Listings are submitted through the form on the site and are reviewed before publication. A listing must contain an accurate description, a current price, photos that match the actual item and working contact details. Publishing duplicates of the same offer is prohibited. The platform may reject a listing or remove it from publication if these Rules are violated.
The following may not be listed on the platform: weapons, ammunition and explosives; narcotic and psychotropic substances; medicines without the required licence; tobacco and alcohol products without permits; animals and plants from protected lists; counterfeit goods; gambling; financial and currency operations without a licence; licensable services offered without a licence; and any content that violates the laws of Vietnam.
Users must comply with these Rules and applicable law, provide accurate information and remain solely responsible for the content of their listings and the performance of their transactions. A user may appeal the removal of a listing or an account restriction by contacting support — the procedure is described on the Complaints and Disputes page.
The platform moderates listings, may restrict access for violators and removes unlawful content, including at the request of competent state authorities. The platform assists in resolving disputes between users but does not guarantee that transactions will be concluded or performed. Changes to the Rules are announced by publication on this page.
The platform is not liable for transactions between users, the quality of goods and services, or damage caused by user actions. Users who post listings are responsible for their content under the laws of Vietnam. Where violations of the law are identified, information may be handed over to the competent authorities.
We may update these Rules from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
