🏍 Information about ‘spider’ sessions with the RideWise team ‘Spider’ sessions are a great way to improve your balance and take your motorcycle control to the next level. It’s important to understand that these are advanced skills, not basic riding, and the training involves a higher level of risk. We do everything necessary to ensure your safety, but please read the rules below carefully. Organisational details: - Format: The session takes place at a closed-off venue in a group of up to 3 people. Equipment and what to bring: - Clothing: You must wear long trousers (shorts are strictly prohibited!). - Protective gear: We provide gloves, knee pads, elbow pads and back protectors free of charge - Footwear: If you have your own motorbike boots, you must wear them. This is the best thing you can do to protect your feet. - Additional items: You must bring a supply of drinking water (at least 1.5 litres) Rules and liability: - Your health: Training on the ‘spider’ is an activity that carries a risk of injury. You assume full responsibility for your own health. The RideWise team accepts no liability for injuries sustained during sessions. - Equipment: You are not liable for normal wear and tear on the motorbike or minor damage (scratches, broken mirrors, clutch and brake levers) incurred during standard training sessions. However, you are financially liable for serious damage (bent handlebars, broken parts resulting from gross negligence or collisions with objects). - Sobriety: It is strictly forbidden to attend a session whilst under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic substances. If you are suspected of being under the influence, the instructor has the right to exclude you from the session without a refund. Sessions take place every Sunday 2 time slots: morning and evening From 07:30 to 10:00 From 16:00 to 18:30 You can choose whichever time suits you best. You can sign up via the link in the listing.
